So I don't have an on board charger for my trolling battery but I was wondering can I just use a regular battery charger plugged into my genny then connected to my battery while we are trolling?

Wasn't sure if there was any negatives to it?

Thanks
Randy

Some trollers don't like the high voltage that a regular or onboard charger puts out plus regular chargers don't put out anywhere close to enough amperage to keep up with your troller. Iotas are cheap and worth every penny.

Thanks whats a good universal size I could get whether I stay with a 12v or go to a 24v
The DLS-55 is always a good choice. If you switch to 24 volt just get another 55 to go along with the first one.

I will, ill hook up two 12V chargers cross wayz let me borrow ur troller...Why u sneaking around with invisible mode on….:pop:
Keepin an eye on you--
