Will a fan push an 1860 Alumacraft through thick weeds easily?
What size fan and motor would it take to do this?
When you get into trees, it that a major problem?
When going down the road or using the big outboard to get across the lake, does the fan create any problems?
I have a stick steer kicker motor on the boat now, will I still be able to use the stick steering with the fan?

Depends on the trees and your skill level of driving a fan

No

Will I need float pods? Does anyone have pictures of a stick steer or push rod with a fan? Is it best to build the frame over the outboard?

I don't have pods on mine and honestly don't want any either.There are a few pics of stick steer already on here.The farther back you put your fan the easier it will steer.
