Hey everybody. I drew one of the Trophy Alligator gar tags for the trinity river and I was needing some help on where might be the best place to fill it. I have all of the gear, just none of the info. I was needing like some good boat ramps close to some good fishing. I would even hire a guide if anyone knows of a good one. We live on the red river and we have good bowfishing here but I gotta fill this tag for the trinity. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

So I was looking at the tags. From my understanding you can’t shoot an alligator gar over 48in without the correct? And is this only on the trinity river?
