Do you have your trolling motor rigged with a foot switch or do you just turn them on and off with the handle?

i used to used a foot control its a pain but now we use a hand control motor guide i have never used the bigfoot but sounds good

we got a extension pole on our troller with the switch its really nice better than turnin it off with ur hand

oh i was confused i thought you had it on the extension handle it makes sense now and i bet thats handy when ya get into alot of fish

Get the big foot. The handle is hard to turn off when your shooting fish. its nothing to move your foot.

That's what I was thinking. If you come up on something you could shut it off alot faster. I might be able to get by without the shaft extension, if I use a switch. Don't want to be bending over alot.

I hate foot controls while standing, easy to use if your sitting but it's hard for me to stand on one foot and control with the other.

Its not foot controled. Just an on/off switch you hit with your foot.

The bigfoot switches are awesome if your going to use a troller and there only like 15 bucks, easy to install takes just a few minuits. There about the size of a can of dip and you can controll them with the tip of your foot so you wont get off balance like a foot troller
