Last year u cracked the shaft on my minn kota 70lb, this season replaced it took it out barely moved the boat, took it home checked all connections, 25v in the head. Tested batteries and tried again. Still have no power. Took the lower unit apart everything seemed good no corrosion on the brushes 25v at the motor down there. I did find 6 inches of line rapped under the prop but it still seems to spin the same any idea what it could be

You have something burned up,I cant recall what its called but I had the same thing happen.Was a couple hundred bucks to fix it....for what help that is :headbang::laugh:
I beleive it was the armature.It was in the lower head what ever it was.It wouldnt turn at all turned down,and would barely turn on high(100)
