If water got in the motor then u prolly smoked the armature too. And more than likely the brushes too, cuz they when swell once they get wet

 

They look good seal around arbor looks bad. Looks like it is not seated square

Got brushes and seal kit cleaned up armature put it all back together and it works like it has a dead spot. And is a bit noisy. If it doesn't work with pedal if I spin shaft a little it will go. Think armature is smoked or just needs to be cleaned up more. Board is working good.

 

Take it back apart and make sure you don't have a cracked magnet or some junk like sand or dirt

 

Check and make sure the wires are not rubbing the armature.......it's a common problem after taking them apart

 

A guy told me that with new brushes I should let it run a bit to seat them to armature properly? Anyhow I will check all the things u guys suggested thanks
