I want to switch from drums to sprockets. How many teeth on a sprocket do I need at a minimum and about how much chain? I have been doing some research and I don't know if I need 40 teeth or 15. I am trying to keep the sprocket size around 6" o.d. but I will go bigger if need be. The fan is 16hp direct drive.

I have 22 tooth sprockets both front and back, think I had 4' sections of chain as well.
