I placed an order last night for one item, (the slims line puller). I recieved an email this morning from Scott Henslee asking me if he could save me money. I called and was unable to get through but recieved a prompt return call. He refunded me some money for my order! That is awesome customer service. I will definately be ordering from them again. Most companies would not do this.

Scott Henslee and crew know how to take care of the customer that is for sure. They are always helpful and the prices and fast shipping are icing on the cake.

the only place i know of where i can order at 6pm one day and when i get home from work the next day i have a box waiting for me. customer service is above and beyond what a person normally gets. great people for shure
