I placed an order last night for one item, (the slims line puller). I recieved an email this morning from Scott Henslee asking me if he could save me money. I called and was unable to get through but recieved a prompt return call. He refunded me some money for my order! That is awesome customer service. I will definately be ordering from them again. Most companies would not do this.

Agreed. I placed my first order a couple years ago. Since that first one, I wont order from anyone else. Second to none thats for sure. Great products, great people, great prices. What more could a guy ask for?

the only place i know of where i can order at 6pm one day and when i get home from work the next day i have a box waiting for me. customer service is above and beyond what a person normally gets. great people for shure
