This will allow more people to help within a state, or with another state they live close to....
This vote will be set up for membership to decide whether the Board and/or State Rep Manager can place more state reps as needed.....
Conditions:
1. Officers and Board will have power to remove a state rep if there is a situation to where a state representative needs to be replaced. A removed state rep has the chance to appeal the removal if they so desire, and a special election will be held for that situation with all reasons listed for the membership to decide during the appeal.
2. If a state rep steps down, the Board and Officers will have the power to replace that position until the next spring meeting. If a member has reservations as to the appointment of the state rep being placed, a vote will be listed for the membership to decide whether this person who desires the position is capable of said position.
