Well the bowfishing hasnt been the best lately so me and my friend decided lets go catch some snakes for the first time and that is what we have done here are a few picture of them

We but them back garp we can only keep one in pa and they have to be 42" and over the black phase was just shy and the yellow phase was 39"

they are actually pretty cool creature not as aggressive as people make them out to be, pickin up the black phase he struck the tongs once and when we put him down he ran the yellow phase never stuck and also ran when put down, like the other 5 we caught

What's difference in black and yellow phase, getting ready to shed ???

Well the rivers and lakes would have to dry up for the fishing to be that bad and then not so sure I would be snake charming:laugh:

But if that is what u like good deal

Those look gnarly... way more crazy than the prairie rattlers in western SD

They may be more laid back but but they are like twice the size! I never hesitated to confront a prairie rattler but I would probably think twice before coming up on one of these monsters
