Just wondering what gets hot as far as ballast, ignitor, or capacitor. Just wondering if I need to be aware of where my wires are sitting in the housing so they don't melt down

The bulbs will be where the heat comes from. So the reflectors and the glass will get pretty warm. Hot enough you don't want to touch them

Yeah I know the housings get hotter then heck. So nothing like the ballast or anything will melt my wires then?

As long as there is proper ventilation, no your wires will not melt from normal use.

The ballast will get warm but nothing near as hot as those bulbs. Here is a helpful tip. Paint the inside of your housing with some hightemp white paint, reflects light much better.

Should have said that to I have the 150w econo lights all the guts still in there factory locations haven't had any trouble yet with heat

That's what I have the 150s from econolight. And I actually did paint the reflecter flat white with high temp! I was just wondering is all about the heat thing
