ive got a screaming eagle and a tomcat i use for bowfishing, ive had the grip come loose on them several times. ive tried silicone which usually only hold for 3-4 trips before they are loose again. wondering what kind of adhesive yall use to solve this problem.

You won't notice it's there and the grip won't budge.I've tried silicone, epoxy, etc. and once had the epoxy "run" before it dried, coated the timing cables(which I did not see since it was under the grip) and on the 1st draw,I stripped the timing system out and it was a helluva mess.Silicone just didn't hold up well either.I'm sure there is an adhesive somewhere that will work, but I've just had good luck with good ol' 3M electrical tape.
