I have 10 150 watt ups light and I have my ballast box built now I just wanted to see what size wire I needed to run from the lights to the box? Any helps appreciated thanks.

Ur talking about a very minimal amp draw here, if ur making separate runs from each ballast to each light(which u should be). Just about anything reasonable should work....like old extension cords. I wouldn't go less than 16 gauge though.
