I'm light shopping right now wanting to go with HPS and I see some light with HPF and NPF... which ones do I want..?

Trust me I would have used the search button but thats not going to help anymore...:tap:

maybe someone can do a write up on all this... I just want lights that are plug and play like my Halo's were... I'm going to have a 9ft long deck so I can't run that many 500 watts to get the job done on my 4000 watt genny...

You want hpf because they use about 1/2 as much electricity as npf.

thanks... so do I need anything special to run them...? or do I just wire them up and go....? was thinking about wiring each side with one of those outdoor switch plates and then from the switch to the genny... like I did with my Halo's

You don't have to add anything - just connect the wires.

go with the hpf. Just wire em up and go!!!!!! The wiring is real simple and shouldnt take long at all.
