I like going real early in the morning, get a couple hours night fishing in then bowfish till around 10am. You can see alot more fish at night but to be honest sometimes its just too easy. Daytime shooting is alot more challenging for me, makes it more fun.
When they're really getting after it,sometimes I'll kill them from before dark until they get done doing their thing the next day.Got to love the spawn.:tu:
I love to shoot during the day and have shot some of my bigger grassy and big heads during the day, and the senery on the lake is much better!!! But the night is usually more productive.
When we shot Falcon lake two years ago all we shot was day time, little to dangerous at night. Dont mind a shoot out just helps when you can see em coming!!! We filled the coolers with tolopia!
