Where can I find this plug and sleeve?

Hope the pic attached. I am making my own pods and can't seem to find this type of plug. I have found the bronze "garboard" plugs that you screw the sleeve in and seal with silicone. I am looking for aluminum plugs that I can weld in.

Boyds welding, He builds pods but will also sell you parts like bungs, plugs, suction tubes.......

its a weld bung just make sure you get the correct bung plug for it.

Where can I find this plug and sleeve?
