I do like the numbers side, but need to keep it simple also. You start throwing round 3-4 sidepots there is gonna be all kinds of confusion and it's gonna wind up being a $300 buy in tourney....just food for thought

its a SIDE POT, SIDE BET, completely optional, done AFTER the regular weigh in. If I want to bet someone $10 i shoot a longer snake whats wrong with dat? lol

 

I have nothing against it...but in the past tourneys we have had when you get one sidepots everyone or most will do it. But when you get 3 or 4 sidepots yo have 2 teams on one sidepot, 3 teams on another, and so forth. So You only have $20 total on a sidepot.
Also think about this guys, I'm all for a numbers sidepot or a big fish sodepot. Buuut if your shooting a big fish tourney and your trying to shoot numbers too and your in a big fish lake like Toledo how many offloads are you gonna have to do. I k ow this doesn't matter for your airboat guys but just something to think about

 

understood, thanks for all the feedback guys. this is what i will do, if anyone wants a numbers game, it will be on the side, completely off the tourney, side bet. we will not count them, we will not take or hold the money pot, it will be bewteen whatever teams enter, the fee will be decided before the start of the tourney, and kept completly bewteen those participating in the side bet. whom ever wants to take control of this can state rules and such, but this will not be part of the winter shootout.
