3200 for a rigged out pontoon is almost a pipe dream unless someone is really hurting for cash. 2000 to 3500 will get a decent pontoon to start to build on. I have 7500 in ours not counting any labor cost. If your lucky enough to find a turn key pontoon below 6000, I'll have to call you one lucky son of a gun! Never hurts to look though.

Pontoon 28 foot harris 1500.00 36 27 watt leds 1404.00 2 43 watt leds 150.00 2 101 riptide trollers 1716.00 raised deck 120.00 6 troller batteries 570.00 4 led batteries 540.00 1 generater 479.00 electric wire and cords for lights 150.00 3 3 bank on board chargers 477.00 misc repairs to get toon on the water 250.00 rubber mats for the deck 125.00 mercury controls 450.00 used mercury motor 1000.00 thats all i can think of and that put me at $ 8931.00 lol and thats without what ive got in bows and arrows aint no price for having fun.
