Candied bacon comin' your way.

Line a cookie sheet that has sides with foil and lay in your bacon of choice (I like thick cut, hardwood smoked).

Give the bacon a good coat of brown sugar and crushed black pepper.

Place bacon in oven at 400 for 15min, up to 18 if you prefer it more crispy.

Enjoy!

Also cooked with this but not pictured were pancakes, only the batter was mixed with blackberry brandy instead of water... incredible!
