That is one High Mileage arrow shaft.
I might still have it, I wear out points and nocks more then lose arrows.

I take arrow and stick it in ground, then take a rag with silicone on it take all the twist out line and lubes it.
:co:

the proper knot uses the slide the way it was intended, as a 2 point yolk. the whole point of having 2 holes and a grove is to make line drag on a arrow even on both sides and your knot to trail behind the nock.

first loosely tie a over hand knot and thread the line ththrough both eyes of the slide. then simply follow the mainline back through the over hand knot. leave the loop 5-6" long to allow it to lay behind the nock well in flight. in the last picture see that by holding the line up the loop makes a even yolk on the slide and the knot will trail behind the nock as it should.

i approve this message.

Dang, look who's calling sumtin' a "rig" but for once I kinda agree with ya
lol!!yep your right it not as bad as the stuff I come up with at least mud and I are trying to think outside the box some bodys got to do it.:D

Bolt stop most pass throws and swivel stop line from twisting so bad.
mud check out the fins on the stainless arrow played around with them some they have to be smaller rather than larger I started to large and had to make them smaller.

Its not as bad as you think to just shove the arrow back through the hole. sometimes its a real pain tho. I had a carbon arrow once that was pretty cool, the insert for the point was like a hunting arrow and the point would unscrew and you just had a basically a bare shaft. So when you had a pass through just take the tip off pull the slide off grab your line and pull it and the slide would go through the fish. Then just put the slide back on and screw the tip back in and carry on

that is a very good idea you need to explore that some makes sense on carp and buffalo and small gar.

This is from our Addict bowfishing kit instructions and shows a nice diagram of the knots used, however I normally only want to have about a 3-4in finished loop when done.
