Hadn't planned on it, but if there's a good reason hit me up! For real, shoot me a PM and tell me what you'e thinkin...going to nelsonville IBO shoot this weekend?
Lol...you're killin me man!6 ounces lighter than a Black Eagle!!!
What Z hell? No Hawks??????You get your leak found?
Oh...no,I don't have a Hawk. :co:
This is how you test your boat for leaks: 1st thing is to wet the boat...2nd thing is to fill the boat with air. What Z hell? No Hawks??????
Lol...nah, I got busy with a side project on my day off and didn't get a chance to test it. That's slated for 1st thing tomorrow AM though!
Took a lot of air, but i finally got it filled! There are a few hairline cracks, and a leak around my drainplug. Also, the plug itself isn't sealing too good. Time for some welding! This is how you test your boat for leaks: 1st thing is to wet the boat...2nd thing is to fill the boat with air.
Now,if you have a leak, you should notice some air bubbles. WALLAH!!! Leak found! I watched a guy try this on a tire once and it worked!
Good luck!
I'm sure you're right, it just seems like a bigger difference than that for some reason.Quote Originally Posted by kuger View Post

Thanks for the offer, but I'm actually trying to get RID of a BE with Hawk limbs...lol. Right now I have a Hawk and a BE with Hawk limbs (wood outboards). If I can't find a Hawk for sale I'll try to trade my BE straight up for a Hawk. So if ya know anybody....That's why I'm doin' 2-1 inchers(with bilge pump next to each one) instead of 1-2 incher. That big 'ol hole scares the crap outta me! lol
Oh,I'm working on a guy that has a Black Eagle with Hawk limbs if our interested.I'll see if he wants to sell, and I'll try to get ya a good price.![]()
