Well Florida Bowfishing Charters did not allow their logo to be used on someone else's boat and the fella didn't ask! He simply removed my text and replaced with his. Spends all that money trickin out a boat but can't spend 100 bucks on a graphics designer to design a logo??? Guess it's easier to just steal other peoples designs. I would assume boat builders and everyone else is quite familiar with our logo by now after all these years and it's obvious that thats the case since someone already quoted it on here and within 2 hours I was messaged about this thread! You would think someone would have questioned it, but I guess it's like they say imitation is the greatest form of flattery. I just didn't know that included stealing a company logo.

I can assure you we had no clue about the logo, we didnt design it, nor did we put the wrap on. Dan is a great guy and I'm sure he will contact you guys to talk with you.
Again, ******* did not design the wrap or the logo so please don't aim that towards us.

I figured you might have only designed the boat. Kinda didn't make sense to me that you guys would have designed a boat with our logo on it. The boat is awesome" there's no doubt about that" but I figured after all of the years we've been on BC and our online presence that someone might have questioned the logo being put on there, but I guess the boat would have left your shop bare and unwrapped. Sorry to vent on your thread but this is where the boat was being celebrated with a great big stolen logo on the side of it. Didn't mean to misdirect the focus, but the thread said check out the brand new boat from ******* Airboats and then it had our edited logo plastered down both sides of it. Didn't realize the wrap and logo were a separate deal. No offense at all meant towards the boat design. Like I said, awesome build as usual, but I hope you can understand where we're coming from.

To be honest I knew who you guys were but had no idea that was your logo. When people started saying that it was your logo, I went to your FB page and sure enough. If I didnt know I can assure you no one else at ******* knew it was lol. Im sure DVF will get with you guys.....
On a side note, its summer time lets see some more bikini bowfishing pictures!

HAHA!! We're filming Part 2 of the DVD now. It's going to be way better than part one and 4 new girls will be on the DVD. They'll be 2 gator hunts on this one too. The girls will shoot one at night and one during the day. Pics of the new girls will be posted very shortly. Thanks again for understanding guys. Really didn't mean to hijack your thread while you're trying to show off a brand new boat.

Is the logo trademarked or copyrighted?
I will get plenty this weekend and post them up. This boat has a lot of trick ideas inside of it. The idea of the bowholders we came up with is gonna work perfect.
If you guys ever want to build a boat ******* is up to the challenge, all you have to do is come with a idea and let the build team run with it and the boat will come out great!!!!
