aluminum will eventully break. wont hold up to the stress of the rough water and abuse like steel will. this boat is made for abuse. as our most of the fan boats built in arknasas. i have talked to the fan gurus aroung here and everyone talks about war stories from aluminum stands. looks pretty and shiney but not durable

They actually built mine in a week..... it took longer than i wanted it too. but theres no question where my next one will be built at. the high quality work and reasonably priced.

Joe,

Could you tell me when you ordered your boat...and when you picked it up from F and F?

A friend of mine ordered and PAID a bunch down on his in JUNE and can't get them to answer the phone. :(

A full seven months...and still waiting....He is getting kinda worried as to whats going on and if they are still in business.

ben the globe man came out today. we got the shrouond in place the top bearing mounted and started rolling globe legs. globe should be ready by the end of the week

The Globe style fan mount is by far the best mounting system I have ever seen for strength, looks, and low profile design. Not to mention the added protection you get for your prop and motor.

Joe, when you get it finished bring it down here, I wanna drive it!
