Got 6 legs on the deck, just gotta add a leg in the middle near the back and then do some corner bracing and it'll be ready for the top to be welded on

Sorry if I missed it but are you going to be bolting those legs down or going to be using some type of ratchet or turnbuckle?
I'm planning on using turnbuckles, and I'm thinking about putting pins in the back legs just to make sure it won't shift any

Thats not a bad idea. Throw those turnbuckles on first then jump up on it and see if there is any wiggle before you start drilling holes in the boat but I think it looks good!

Plan for tonight is to get the sheet welded on the top then tomorrow drag it to the city lake I got ran off of for bowfishing and jump up and down on the deck and see if my troller will reach the water

Got my diamond plate welded on, just gotta do a few finishing touches in the morning and put the tun buckles on and mount the troller and it'll be time to test it out

Got the deck secured Saturday and mounted the trolling motor this evening. The turn buckles didn't work so I decided to mount ratchet straps to the legs to hold it down. Hopefully the motor will reach the water, if not I'll be ordering a longer shaft in the near future.
I'm hoping to order my lights by the end of the week and it'll be almost ready to get bloody

I have been fighting the turnbuckles as well since I put a wood flush deck on years ago. They sounded like a great idea but they never have stayed really tight due to vibration. Remember if you try jam nuts that one side of each turnbuckle is LH thread... I think my next time I need tension I will use straps as well.

That pic looks like plenty of water for the troller with weight on the deck, but time will tell.
