The 2015 NWLA tournaments shall be with the meeting minutes following:
1. February 28th – Polar Bear Classic - Red River Bishops - 7-12pm - BIG 10
2. March 21st- Toledo Bend Classic 7pm - 8am Pendleton Harbor Marina - BIG 20
3. April 25th- Toledo Bend at Pendleton 8pm - 2am - Numbers and Big 5
4. May 30th- Red River Red Oak 8pm – 2am Numbers shoot
5. June 27th- Toledo Bend at Pendleton 8pm-3am - Numbers-Big 5
6. July 18th- Red River Red Oak 8pm – 3am Numbers- Big 5
7. August 22nd-Relay Station Frierson- 7pm-3am numbers-big 5

Meeting Notes:
1. Entry fee $40 person. 1-3 man teams
2. Entry fee will be divided 50/50 for Number/big 5 shoots
3. Tournament payouts 1 place only with 1-10 teams; 11-15 boats shall pay 2 places and 16+ boats shall be 3 places.
4. Women & Kids 15 and under shoot free and do not count towards 3 man team. (except toledo bend classic)
Each payed shooter is allowed only one woman/kid.
5. 10% will be taken out for Points series Winnings
6. $15 a team for big fish side pot.
7. Decided against club dues until participation can increase, but increased entry fee to collect for points system.
8. Tim Eaves will keep the points series this year and collect points series earnings from each tournament.
9. Classes were voted against until participation improves.
10. Flyers will be placed at all archery and sporting goods stores in sport, bossier & coushatta
11. We decided for the tournaments to remain at Toledo & River this year since historically they have had the highest number of boats.
12. Toledo bend shoots shall be held at Pendleton.
13. Points Series rules and info to be posted in its own thread. Changes have been made to even the playing field.
Please find sponsors for the classic And points series!!!
I will post pictures of the shirts when the rough draft is finish so i can get input from ya'll.
Possible doing a club shirt this year also to raise money.
