man that ice is crazy thick blows this southern boys mind .... for the first time in my life time our lakes froze over in the fingers of the lake, never seen it like that down here

 

Yeah it was about 20 inches thick. I should have taken pictures of some of the pressure ridges on the lake. Chunks of ice sticking straight up like 6 ft lol

Thompson. Super clear everywhere. There was a ton of people fishing on the north west side by the ramp north of Jerrys

Here's what my neighbor and I did in about 3 1/2 or 4 hours last Friday night. Never gone in the winter before. I think we are both hooked now.

Went over to SD yesterday. Found a lot of fish from shore but high, fast water made it difficukt to see and hit still managed a few
