yup loosen the screw below the piece that the bottle screws into and slide the whole thing up... the plasic piece in there is rubbin against the rubber wheel makin it hard to crank....

If that doesn't fix it put a little grease on the gears where they touch the plastic. I've had that cause them to reel ruff.

I had this problem. Mine was catching on the plastic piece on top of the bottle too. raising it up only fixed the problem for about an hour of shooting for me. All i had to do was take a rozor blade and take it down a little bit. Hope this helps!

Wished I would have read this about an hour ago. Just got done chasing down the prob and fixing it.
Yes it the little piece that's adjustable right by the bottle opening.
