We had the same thing happen to one of our pros, but it took the trigger and everything off the top, like $20 and it was back and fixed, now we carry extra parts on the boat with us! Never know if it will happen again. Gotta love how simple and easy to fix, they are!!

Nothing you can't fix on a retriever in less than 5 minutes. I've always carried all the backup parts in my bowfishing box and have help numerous people over the years. What seems like a big problem is always a simple fix. With the new Retriever Pro, if I even have a hint of a problem I can take one off and replace it with a backup in seconds and get the arrow on in minutes...
