Here is the new changes we passed at the meeting.
Sportsman Class:
The format for Sportsman Class was changed from numbers to big 20. Teams are not allowed to shoot both classes like we did 2 years ago. You will either be shooting big 20 in sportsman class or numbers in open class.
Open Class:
The number of shooters 17 or older allowed on a boat was increased from 3 to 4.
Big Ten:
The big ten side pot was changed to a mixed bag big ten. There will be 10 species of fish allowed to be entered in this category and teams will only be allowed to enter 2 fish from five of the ten allowed. Allowed fish are as follows: Common carp, Buffalo Carp, Grass Carp, Longnose gar, Freshwater drum, Goldfish(with color), Sucker, Bowfin, Quillback, shad. An example would be entering 2 common carp, 2 gar, 2 bowfin, 2 drum and 2 suckers for a total of 10 fish.
