Anyone have problems blowing muffelers? I blew 2 sets out in the last 2 weeks. I'm thinking maybe my exhaust tips go under water when loaded with fish. The tips do point down. Maybe the muffelers were just junk they were dynomax SS muffelers. I'm currently running 3.5 inch exhaust, maybe switch to 4-5 inch? I've heard of 1000 HP airboats running 3.5 inch exhaust so not sure if changing size will matter. Maybe change from a chambered muffeler to a more straight through race muffeler? Could water be hitting the hot muffeler and shattering it. I'm trying to figure this out in time to scout and fish tournament this weekend.

Exploded the muffler itself, I seen it and it was total carnage:laugh: My guess is excess fuel sitting in muffler and it lights up.
