Had a amazing daytime buff shoot Saturday. We shot these fish in 5 hrs before having to leave to make it to the Erie fun shoot fish fry . We came back after dark and filled2 more barrels quickly before calling it a early night with plans to come back early Sunday for more daytime action . I ended up taking a bug in the eye which ruined our shooting for Sunday tho .

We headed out there yesterday and fish where literally everywhere. you could here the splashing from the spawn balls over the outboard. I even grabbed about an 8 lber with my bare hands while trying to unlodge an arrow but he squirmed out

you ain't kidding, took a quick long shot at a spawn ball and missed the ball 5 foot short and hit another buff we couldn't see. Action slowed in the afternoon but still was good

Its healing . Went to urgent care yesterday afternoon . Prescribed oral antibiotics and eyedrop antibiotics . Getting better but I called off sick today and went to a eye doctor. Not sure if I'll be able to work tomorrow or not right now .

That sucks, dam bugs. Hope it gets better. Not looking forward to the mayfly hatches in another month
