X2 I know of more than one quality builder that will build them complete for considerably less. That's the main problem here is so many people have tunnel vision because there isn't any competition.

And for the record. I had a pretty nice fan boat. Big fan setup all the jazz. Outboard wasn't new. So I'll give u 10k for a new one. And 2k for some accessorys I didn't have that would bring the total to $32,000. Where's the $49,000

Good to hear Cody. I may shoot mine tonight. It probably feels neglected. Converted my Osprey over to a short recently and just put the finishing touches on getting it dialed in the way it needs to be last night.

WOW!!!!!! Is the boat worth 49,000 to most of us....NO. Does "2K something" buy a Kohler 40 MOTOR..YES. Does a fan stand cost 2500-3000 to build-hard to believe when I bought enough material to build a 20x84 for 3700...hard to believe. Would this post still be going if it was a f and f....probably not!!!

6" CMC Jackplate10 set back with gauge: $1,045
dual optima blue tops: $176x2= $352
Lowrance HDS-8 with maps: $1400
Honda EU3000is generator: $1699
Custom Dynamics Interrior light kit: $499
Fan stand, Shroud, steer stick, bearings and sprocket kit from *******: $3000
38 HP kohler, 1.69:1 redction, 3 blade ultraprop mounted and installed: $4800

Just those accessories add up to: $27,978

This doesnt include the lights, the boat hull with all the alum work done on it, the trailer, or the labor to rig his outoard!!!
