Cut your legs down, looks like you could lower that fan at least 2ft or so, will make it much easier to transport on the road and cut down on some of the high center weight and make the boat less tippy as well. Leave it just high enough to trim your motor up and just clear the shroud. The shorter you make the legs the less leverage they have and fewer problems with flex and broken weld, metal faitigue you will have in the future.

rough off top my head: motor 289, redution 240, prop 259, metal 80, misc parts is where it gets you.
