I've shot Oneida PSE Browning and Innerloc

Spend the money buy you the Onieda. It's worth every penny.

Well, I only got into this sport last year but I have to say. My $125 take down Hoyt recurve will shoot as many fish as a $1000 fishomatic bow in my hands. YMMV. In most cases as with any sport the user has a lot more to do with success than the equipment.

That is not to say that good equipment is not important, but your skill set is MORE important than what equipment you choose to use. Especially when starting out on a new venture.

Oneida, points like a gun, very smooth draw, 35lb Osprey hits harder than a 55 lb recurve. I started out with a recurve, couldn't see spending the $ on an Oneidea. Once I picked up an Osprey, within 5 minutes I was on the phone trying to order one.

I shot recurves, disco 2, other various compounds, and then I sipped the kool-aid...... dont get me wrong I killed fish with all the others but the oneida just draws and shoots smoother. If I was just starting I would take $300 and buy a brand new Disco 2 and a Muzzy bowfishing kit and you would be set. I keep a disco 2 in the boat at all times for people to use because they are tough little bows that get the job done and in my opinion the best bang for your buck.

Here is my thought. Is an Oneida or fancy bow going to make u shoot better? No one knows. It's what feels best to you. I bought my first fancy bow around 06-07. I have to say I have t been disappointed I bought it for 450.00. Since I've had it dipped but that was me. The bow has been great and I have no complaints with it. It's what I like.

What's the difference between an airboat loaded and a Jon boat with a spotlight they both kill fish!?!?

It's what u want to fish In or fish with the preference is up to you. Make ur choice and shoot in the end it's a fish in the barrel that we are looking for

hey guys,
this is my first post apparently but I used to post here a lot about 2-3 years ago I don't know why my username and password didn't work. Anyhow just wanted to chime in on this post. Whats the hype with this Oneida? I have been using a fred bear sparrowhawk 50lb since 05. I recently just updated I decided to go with a pse sinister due to the fact that its only 27" axle to axle, and it weighed in at 3.3 pounds. Right of the bat I don't care for it. The archery shop ordered me 50lb limbs hopefully ill like it then.
