I finally got a new bow, looked at a lot of different ones. I decided to break down a buy the over priced osprey, or I thought it was until I opened the box and laid eyes on her. But I have a question, where do i put the string nock? should i use a bow square to do this or take it to a bowtech? does the arrow rest need to be a certain height and how do you find center left to right?

Mine is nocked 1/8" high of center

I usually use a bow square, but you can nock on an arrow and eyeball the left to right measurement. Then do a little paper tuning to get it perfect if you're anal like me.

U want it nocked a lil high. Just make it bout an eighth high as ^^ said

thanks, that's how i usually set em' up. how high is your arrow rest?

Not sure, bout a quarter above the shelf I think. When u got ur nock point an rest wer u want it, the arrow will be a lil downhill when the bow isn't drawn

I think he got it cut out at the dr. It was against bone I believe
