Do some google research lol. Let off is exactly what it says it is, the weight you are pulling "lets off" to a lighter weight at the end of the draw cycle. No letoff means you are pulling and holding full weight throughout the entire draw cycle. Percent letoff is what percentage of the full draw weight you are holding at full draw. Pulling 40lbs holding 20lbs= 50%letoff... 40lbs holding 10lbs is 75% letoff... Etc
 
I like low letoff. On my Oneida I have it at about 30-40% I think . I can still snap shoot but that tiny bit of letoff reminds me to come to full draw on big fish . I used to love recuves but I had a problem short drawing on big fish occasionally . I love my low letoff osprey shooting low 30# range for everything.
 
I feel the same way Brady, I like the let off for fishing at night, but if I'm going after rolling gar that no let off seems to help get that shot of quicker. A bow with let off at half draw might throw my shot off when I just kinda touch that break over point and don't come to my anchor point.
