i shot him in the neck so we just put a cut 2 liter bottle over its head and cut the meat to get my arrow back. sucker was mean someone put him in there. and ive seen a couple smaller ones in another lake just waiting for em to get bigger then ill shoot em. we see alot of weird fish in the private lakes we shoot here. seen a pleco to but missed the shot.Sweet, I shot a big snapper on accident once, was so hard to get the arrow out, those things can swim tho, lol
That's a hell of a fish man, never seen one that big
That is exactly what we did, but we held him up by the head with a gaff and just gut his head off to get the arrow, broke the knife in half in the process, they have some tough ass necks,i shot him in the neck so we just put a cut 2 liter bottle over its head and cut the meat to get my arrow back. sucker was mean someone put him in there. and ive seen a couple smaller ones in another lake just waiting for em to get bigger then ill shoot em. we see alot of weird fish in the private lakes we shoot here. seen a pleco to but missed the shot.

looks more like a gasper goo(spelling)...sheepshead are generally a saltwater fish and have huge mr. ed looking teeth with black stripes running down their body. kinda like a perch on steroids if ya ask me lol. but good shooting bud! Here's one of a sheephead (freshwater drum) I shot and a Goldie my cousin shot on the ole 1,2,3 shoot technique![]()
ours are drum too, but thats the saltwater drum that we have...they look the same as the freshwater drum that are further north...just not sure if they eat as good...They are just called drum down here
yupp. Are you talking about red fish (red drum) and black drum being in saltwater
