No, they are just a housing! You will need a digital ballast or magnetic ballast box to power these

The fat bulbs or the one clark said he tested at lowes didnt. the slim line bulbs should fit just fine

The slim MH bulbs fit fine, and any 400watt HPS fits fine. This is a slimmer housing

We are using HPS, you just need the slim mogul base MH, ill try and find some real quick

You can buy mounting brackets seperitely if you need them, theyre just a u shape mounting bracket, nothing fancy
