IMO a $$ whooping would just get you thrown in jail. I would A. Offer him a spot to dump them and inform him of the negative impact on bowfishing his fishdumping acts give, B. Warn him again and say if he doesnt start disposing of them the right way the authorities are going to be informed, C. Offer to take his fish to your dumping spot if he declines to do so... Sometimes the ignorancy of others is worth the extra 50 fish to be disposed of properly then to give us all a black eye... Just my .02
