Okay, I'm back from the test run... was a freakin riot! lol Everything went extremely well. Ran smooth. Gets on plane super fast. no front end bouncing at all. Seems like everything is balanced really well too. Didn't cavitate a single time. Ran about 40mph. Had GPS at 38mph with 2 guys in the boat, and 36mph with three guys in the boat. Can't wait to get the rear deck frame and finish this bad boy up! As promised, here are vids:

DUDE!
lets get out!
That is so so so so so awesome

Thanks everyone! I really appreciate it. It really seems like all the time and $ was worth it, now. I also took another video from in the boat that I didn't have time to post earlier:

What kind of steering/rudder system do u have? Does it have the normal jet ski--oh chit I'm gonna crash!!-- feel to it when u try to turn it suddenly without being under power?
It is stick steering, push and pull to turn. I will post pics of the final steering stick that I fab up for it. And yes, you do have to give it some gas to get it to turn, but the feeling is not near as drastic as on a jet ski. I think because it has more drag. When you're idling, its not moving near as fast as a jet ski would. I also noticed that the amount of gas you give it when you're turning will definitely take some getting used... Have to give it enough, but if you give it to much, the rear end feels like it wants to slide out from under you a little.
