I don't know for sure but I think if you were born after x date you have to have it. I don't think its a terribly hard test to get it either tho. I think water patrol came to my school when I was in 8th grade and we all took it...

Anybody know anything about having to have a boater saftey card? Guy was asking about it in the general forum and it got me to worrying about it. We dont need that here, so I was wondering if I will need it for this tourny?
