Well the new kicker motor came in this weekend. 2016 Tohatsu 9.8 with 25" Shaft.

Got the motor put on, storage box cut off the console and got my jack plate in for the kicker motor!

What kind of steering are you going with and where did you pick up that motor and price if you don't mind sharing. I'm getting ready to do a kicker setup.

Going with a push pull and steering cable. Got the motor from a marine shop near Atlanta Ga, paid 3k for the motor and all new wiring and controls.

Got the stick welded up, got my length for the cantilever set and should only have about 20 degrees of movement each way for the 8" push pull cable.

If your talking about the pipe at the bottom right then no, that's the pipe for the live well.

Well I got around to fixing the bow hook. I know it's not the prettiest thing but all cracks are welded inside and out. Also added a 1/4" steel plate to the back that isn't in the picture.

Durabak light grey Bedliner on the floor, snow camo hydroturf on the front and back deck, outside painted black, then doing a splatter paint job with white and light grey.
