I would like to start off THANKING ALL the people and sponsors that made it GREAT..Thanks Guys.

We had 73 kids this year, from 0-18 years old..We gave 4 guns and 6 nice bows away, and had 104 items that ranged from 15-550.00 dollars, and had close to 200 items from 1.00-15.00 dollars what a day to be a kid...Toys, knives, lights, guns, bb guns, sling shots, camo bags,FLOPPER STOPPERS, bows, kids bows, games, and much more...
Gargod won the Oneida bow, It was a great day, the fishing was real hard but someone had to win it...

Thanks Hoopty you had a great tourny as usual and i had a blast watching you freak out running back and forth trying to remember things. that was priceless. Congrats to the kids, great job for all those who made it happen. There is no better time spent to promote bowfishing....By the way Hoopty my team with some friends will be doing a bowfishing activity at the WV DNR National Hunting and Fishing Day Celebration in September, there will only be about 1000 kids plus adults there, would you like to come run that for us? LOL

Just want to say THANK you for having this great tournament. My son Randall McCoy came home very tired. But he was completely recharged this morning and telling me all about his experience and his first ever time of bow fishing. Again this will be something he never forgets. He is so proud of taking 1st place and then the overall championship as well. He is hooked for life and now I will have to seek out another job just to keep up with his new found love. If you can tell me of anyone with pictures from the event let me know.

congrats Randall it's awesome you came in the first time and took the Texas State Youth Championship bud thats awesome and hats off to your guide Vince team u-haul for taking time out of your day to drive to Texas and take out a kid for an awesome day of fun.
