Play with trim tabs made it to 28 mph.

It would run 32 mph with just me we see if I make that up.

I think I could drive it with a 43 hrp fan, but if some one else was driving it I think they flip boat over.
Just to much power for this boat.

I think I woulda just put a govener on the old one.

Now I only need 1 gas tank. both motors are 4 stroke this way.
And it not very hard to switch it to other motor with my bracket set up.

No, missing some set screws on bearing and have to get hydraulic cylinder mounted to time all so.
