Running 12x 27w under a elevated deck, I'm very happy with them!
Just talk to customfitz, he has what you need.Any opinions on brands to look at?
I've only been out once with mine but it really seems to spook them less. I had alot of close easy shots that I did't seem to get the last couple of years while running a generator. This may just be me fooling myself into believing I made the right move but the silents is worth every penny. So anyone running silent, do the fish seem at all less spooky than with the genny going?
You're gonna need a converter or an alternator to keep it charged. I had just one 50w led hooked up the other night to my starting battery and it sucked it dead in just a little bit and I had to leave the charger hooked to it the rest of the night. Not sure how good the battery is but it tested over 75% before I left the house. What is the weight of the 27watters? 50watters? How long will 5-50watters run on 1 12v battery?
If you want to let 2 go,let me know....they go deep enough for meI kinda like the 27watt but they don't penetrate that deep... Im going to slowly switch out for the 50w
That's what she said... sorry...I'll keep you in mind cody, I just feel I need that extra little bit
:tu: If I wasnt invested in what I have,I would go 50's too,but we dont have night tournies and they work for just piddlin around for meI'll keep you in mind cody, I just feel I need that extra little bit
Oh yea at 2' there awesome lights, the buffs we shoot are in 3-7' of water. If i didn't like shootin buffs so much I would keep the 27 watters no doubtOur water aint never clear enough to worry bout how deep they shine were lucky to get 2 foot and the 27s will go that deep.
