I have people texting me that can't get on to PM anyone because can't get on the site, I have PM/forwarded their User name and current Email address to admin, did that for Zimboydevon that talk to all the time and rdtj on here that my son talks to and is on Backwater pro staff and Admin pm me back and said sent emails out but both say haven't gotten any email with new password notification :headbang:

I deal with model # and S/N# all the time especially with warranty work and have one MFG that loves Zero's and s/n# will be like 3450000000000156.... Drives me crazy if accidentally drop one of the 0 and use 8 instead of 9 of them and gets kicked back and have to redo warranty claim, no reason couldn't drop a whole bunch of those 0's

Example of a company over exuberant over the number Zero.... The model # of unit I just installed and had to type in online to register the warranty, there's (16) before the D and (10) after the D......:headbang:
